A 7-day challenge for you! One of the most common things I hear all the time from my clients is "I'm tired" or "I'm so exhausted." What if you never said that again? I teach my clients not to say "I am tired." Tell your brain something else because any time you start a sentence with I am...you are forming your identity so why not make it awesome. And if your body feels tired take a nap, go on a walk, do some yoga, drink some water or breathe deeply to get fresh oxygen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I am joyful, I am abundant, I am free, I am happy, I am capable, I am a good mom, I am healing, I am confident, I am full of energy. I betcha you feel better just reading these statements. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

You get to choose how you think about things so for the next week catch yourself before you complain and then make a few notes of how you did and what changed for you.
