No. I don't believe in a one size fits all eating plan. This is a program about food freedom and I believe plans create constraints and if you are struggling with food the last thing you need are more constraints, you need to live in freedom and flow. So while I don't tell you what to eat I do teach you how to eat, and I do teach you about nutrition and the science behind why some foods help you lose weight faster. We will conquer what to eat and how to eat so that you have a comprehensive plan to live successfully.
Each week there will be a module released each Monday and then there will be a live Q&A/group coaching session each Wednesday at 9:30 am Pacific Time. You will have lifetime access to all sessions so if you can't make them live you can catch a replay. If you have a question you'd like answered you can submit it to me before the session even if you can't make it live.
The goal of this program is to help you create a mindset and an healthy eating plan so that mastering your weight becomes second nature so yes if you are overweight you will lose weight if you are working the program. Most people lose 5-20 pounds in my programs if they need too. We will be striving to create long term habits of healthy living that you can sustain over the long haul of a life time all of this starts in the mind. We will be working on your mind...change your brain, change your body. Tha is the goal.

Laney spent two decades as an eating disorder specialist first as a professional counselor in an out-patient setting and now as a high-performance coach. She uses brain science techniques to help you transform your life.
She holds a BA in nutrition, MA in Counseling, and MA in leadership, she is also trained hypnotherapist and is a certified health coach & certified life coach. She understands eating disorders & food issues from both a personal and professional level. She battled her own eating disorder and now enjoys both food and life every day.
She's worked with clients ranging from 89-568 pounds ages 18-86 and everything in between. Laney has helped hundreds of people find freedom with food. She uses her wealth of experience to coach women transform their relationships with food and themselves.
