In this module you will learn how to keep a steady blood sugar going day in and day out. If you want to have more energy, keep your metabolism at it's optimum and live life at it's best this is an imperative step, and one that helps you get off of the binge cycle.
You will learn some of the secrets to trusting your body which means you can stop trusting the diet guru's and begin to develop a healthy relationship with your body.

In this module we look at your deeply held beliefs about your body. There is no hopping off of the diet cycle without doing this work.
In this lesson we learn how to embrace your body and create empowering beliefs about it. We look at how your thougths create your identity and we learn ways to dig deep and transform those thoughts into new ones that will help you maintain your ideal body weight forever.
There is no freedom as long as you continue to give your power away to external sources. In this module you will learn how to keep your power and empower your life.
You will learn to transform how you eat so that you learn how to trust your body and it's signals. Your body is the seat of wisdom for your life and it will tell you exactly what you need & when you need it in this module you learn how to harness that.
In this module we look at how to deeply trust your body, why diets don't work and why you keep gaining the weight back.
You get to deeply trust your body, enjoy the pleasure that food brings and learn why it's important to enjoy food in order to keep your body at your true set point.
Here you will learn to ditch the cultural ideals and trust that your God given body is exactly right for you!

No. I don't believe in a one size fits all eating plan. This is a program about food freedom and I believe plans create constraints and if you are struggling with food the last thing you need are more constraints, you need to live in freedom and flow. So while I don't tell you what to eat I do teach you how to eat, and I do teach you about nutrition and the science behind why some foods. We will conquer what to eat and how to eat so that you have a comprehensive plan to live successfully.
The program includes 6 modules plus a plan for success module that you can do at your own pace. Each module takes between 1-3 hours and has action steps for you to take during the week, they are all doable and build on each other. You can do them at your own pace but the recommended pace is one module everyother week and allowing yourself time to integrate the information into your life so that lasting transformation takes place.
The montly calls are the first Wednesday of each month at 9:30 am Pacific Time. If you can attend them live that is where you will get the greatest benefit. If you can't make it they will be recorded and made available for you to listen to at your leisure.
I can't stress enough that you will get so much value and growth by listening in on the coaching calls and hearing what other people are sturuggling with and what they are doing that is successful. This is where the juicy part happens.
This program is NOT a subsititue for clinical treatment. Although Laney extensive clinical experience and training working with eating disorders this program is not meant to replace clinical treatment. If you've been previously diagnosed with a restricing eating disorder please discuss this with your treatment team before enrolling.
If you are clinically underweight, are struggling with purging behaviors are using controlled or illicit substances without medical supervision or are in anyway concerned for your physical safety I urge you to call a doctor or mental health professional as soon as possible.
