Hey there, it's been a while so here's little intro. I'm Laney Beeson Houser, Financial Therapist, Money Mindset Mentor & Life Coach. I help women create money with grace & ease.

A few years ago I was working with women who had emotional eating issues and realized that most of them also struggled with money, so I set out to better understand my own money struggles.

Little did I know that the process of working on my own money story would heal my life. Money is one relationship that touches everything and when we heal it we heal the other areas of our lives too.

When I let go of some of my preconceived ideas about money (challenging at times because many of them I learned in family & church) I experienced a deeper awareness, compassion and love for myself, not something I expected from working on money.

I learned that money is spiritual and I experienced a deeper connection with God when I let go of the money struggle. Money is actually a beautiful thing that can lead us to greater love, freedom and peace.

We can create as much money as we want to, it is not a limited resource. It turns out money is only limited by how we think about it and when we change it we become unlimited.

I’m on a mission to help women create more money with ease, flow and peace in their businesses and lives so they can leave a positive financial legacy for generations to come. I want women to experience money as the beautiful and wonderful thing it is.

One of the things I had to disconnect was a belief

One of the things I had to disconnect was a belief money was bad, unspiritual or even evil. I didn't think I could be a good Christian & make lots of money.

I felt guilty for wanting to make more money. We are taught not to want at all. When I was a pastor I was accused of being a prosperity preacher 🤣. Yes, YES indeed, I believe God wants us to prosper. As a matter of fact, I prefer to live on Easter Sunday than Good Friday.

When I first told my husband I wanted to teach about money he asked me if I could find a different topic 😂, that's when I knew more than ever that I needed to talk about money.

We're more comfortable talking about sex than money. My idea is let's shake things up and start making loads of money together and make a difference in this world.

Imagine a world where all of the spiritual women of the world made good money? Imagine if all of the #jesusfeminists of the world would rise up together and live our God given potential. Who's in??

The awesome thing about working on our money stories is we get to heal so many parts of our lives because money touches everything.

Even though I had a 7 figure business I didn't understand that how I felt about money mattered and since I felt guilty having money, it left as soon as it came in and I ended up broke.

I'm so glad I changed my money story, it's never too late!

I'm here to dismantle ideas like--money is bad, making loads of money is bad, don't talk about money, we can't be spiritual and make money and lots of other things we've learned about money from our families, culture, & church.
