I used to feel guilty for spending money on coffee just about every day to have a mobile office but then I realized it’a such a beautiful way to enjoy life and cheaper, cuter than renting a space just because I need to get out and besides I have the best home office ever, it’s loaded with sunrises, sunlight and plants so it’s the best of both worlds-a home office I love and mobile office when I need to get out. My office today. Somedays I find myself being dist My office today. Somedays I find myself being distracted at home so I come to my favorite Starbucks.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ It's amazing what I can accomplish with a few very focused hours and a little caffeine ☕️. Focus it one of the keys to success and with those of us with ADHD it's like gold. I have to work on focus every single day, it's a discipline for me. I work on it by prayer, meditating and yoga each morning and by managing my mind but it is a practice for sure and by practice I mean I fail...ALOT! ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ The noise and caffeine at Starbucks amazingly helps me focus, it's not for everyone for sure but I am grateful for all of our local coffee shops and Starbucks.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ What do you do to help you focus?
