A 7-day challenge for you! One of the most common things I hear all the time from my clients is "I'm tired" or "I'm so exhausted." What if you never said that again? I teach my clients not to say "I am tired." Tell your brain something else because any time you start a sentence with I am...you are forming your identity so why not make it awesome. And if your body feels tired take a nap, go on a walk, do some yoga, drink some water or breathe deeply to get fresh oxygen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
