What is Coaching?
Coaching is a transformational process. It’s a process where the coach is helping the individual live into the best version of herself.
Coaching focuses on both the here and now and setting goals to create the awesome future you want. A coach focuses on helping the client reach her full potential by overcoming the obstacles to success and changing the internal dialogue particularly the critical voice that says you can’t, you’re not good enough, or you don’t matter.
A coach helps you retrain your brain so that you can defeat the inner dialogue, learn how to listen to and trust yourself with food and body love. A coach helps you set the stage for your success because she believes you have the answers to your problems, you just need help to discover them within. A coach works to pull out the best version of you who is healthy, happy, and successful.

Emotional eating, eating disorder and/or body image coaching is tailored to you and your needs. I start with the premise that you want to live a happy, peaceful, wonderful life and that you have within you the very seeds of that life wanting to grow and flourish.
